At Generation 3 Fitness, we understand how busy your schedule can be. So to help you get the G3 experience on the go, we created two virtual training options that will help you train even when you're traveling, at home or just working out independently. VIRTUAL TRAINING

If you're looking for the guidance of a personal trainer but prefer to workout independently in your home gym, or you aren't located near our facility, consider our online training program. Our virtual training program includes access to our branded app, a customized meal plan, weekly weigh-ins for accountability, 3 gym or home workouts bi-weekly, and a monthly virtual check-in with your dedicated trainer.

HYBRID TRAINING

If you need the guidance of a personal trainer but prefer to workout independently, our hybrid training program might be the fit for you. Our hybrid training program includes nutrition counseling, monthly check-ins with your dedicated trainer, workout guidance and open gym access at Generation 3 Fitness.
